What are special assessments and when might they be levied?

Special assessment are used for Capital improvement projects. Special assessment will be to fund large projects. A special assessment will be levied when there is inadequate funds in reserves

How can I check my assessment?

You can check you assessment by logging into the tenant portal of PAYHOA.

How will I know my assessment due date?

Assessments are due on the first of the month. Each month you will receive a statement from PAYHOA which will tell you the amount and when it is due. It will also tell you if payment is not received by the due date how much of a late fee you will incur.

How did you arrive at my assessment amount or how did you calculate my assessment? Where can I find that information

Your assessment is based on your percentage interest in common elements/ percentage of Ownership. You can find this information on the lase page(Exhibit B) of the declaration

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Log into your tenant dashboard and click on "Submit a Repair Ticket." Fill out the form with your issue and we’ll take it from there.

Can I book the clubhouse for an event?

Yes! Please contact management in advance. A small refundable deposit may be required.

Where can I see my parking spot assignment?

There are no assigned parking.
